At WearArzoyi, we take immense pride in the authentic craftsmanship of our garments. Every piece is handled with care by our professional artisans in India before making its journey to you in your country.


Crafting & Processing Times:

Because our suits feature intricate embroidery, handwork, and dedicated craftsmanship, they require time to prepare properly.

  • Unstitched Suits: Please allow 8 to 10 business days for our team to meticulously prepare, quality-check, and pack your order.

  • Custom-Stitched Suits: If you have selected our custom-tailoring service, please allow an additional 2 business days (totaling 10 to 12 business days) for our tailors to cut and stitch the garment to your exact measurements.

We always strive to complete our handwork ahead of schedule. If your order is prepared earlier than the estimated timeframe, we will notify you immediately and dispatch it straight away.


Shipping Rates to Australia:

We offer straightforward, transparent shipping tiers for all deliveries to your country:

  • Single Suit Orders: A flat international shipping rate of 21 USD applies.

  • Orders of 2 or More Suits: We provide Free Premium Shipping on your entire order.


Courier Partners & Transit Times:

To ensure your garments arrive safely and securely, we exclusively partner with trusted international logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and DTDC.

Once your order is processed and dispatched from our boutique, international transit to Australia typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days, depending on the courier routing and your specific location.


Order Tracking:

You will never be left guessing where your package is. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your courier tracking number.

You can also monitor your package’s journey in real-time by logging into your account or visiting the Track Order portal directly on our website.


Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties:

While most personal imports into Australia under $1,000 AUD are currently exempt from customs duties and taxes, any import duties, GST, or clearance fees levied by Australian Border Force upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the buyer. WearArzoyi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
